The times for the camp will be from 9:30-11:30am, then 12:30- 3pm each day. Clinicians will cover a variety of wrestling skills covering neutral, top and bottom positions. The clinicians will cover offensive and defensive scoring, scoring from the bottom position, riding, and turning and pinning. Also covered will be key concepts and ideas on weight control, proper nutrition and diet, as well as weight training for the sport. The purpose and intent of the camp is to assist the experienced wrestler in becoming the quality competitor that he wishes to be, as well as to introduce the sport to the young athlete with plans of competing next year. Groups will be divided according to skill and experience for better instruction. The cost of the camp is $50, which includes a camp T-shirt and Lunch both days.
