Time: weigh in 4:30 Friday 7:30 Saturday (they will have time to weigh-in and eat)

Dear Coaches,

I am the wrestling coach at West-Oak high school. I am hosting the Warrior’s Dual tournament. I have decided to use a format that I feel is fair so that every team receives the most number of matches allowed in two days. I am looking for this event to be very competitive, and hopefully allow teams to wrestler other teams they are not familiar with. This tournament will be run as fast and as smooth as possible. I will do everything in my power to make sure this tournament is top notch. I have included all the information you will need to know.

Information:

v This will be a 10 Team Tournament.

v This will be a round robin Duals Tournament.

v I am looking for 10 teams.

v There will be a weigh in at 4:30 pm on Friday with wrestling beginning at 5:30 pm.

v There will be a weigh in at 7:30 pm on Saturday with wrestling beginning at 8:30 pm.

v The entry fee will be $200 per team. This is for officials.

v We will run four mats Friday night and four mats for Saturday.

v Admission will be $5 per adult, children under 8 free. Admission will be the same Saturday.

v Concession stands will be available. No outside food/drinks allowed in Gym. We will have an area where your team can keep their food and drinks (Cafeteria).

v Best Hospitality room around!

v Team awards will be

- First, Second, and Third place will receive a trophy.

- First, Second, and Third place will receive medals
