Wildcat Open IV Middle School/ JV Tournament


WHEN: DECEMBER 19th, 2009

WHERE: LEXINGTON HIGH SCHOOL

WEIGH-IN: 7:30-8:30AM

START TIME: APPROXIMATELY 9:30AM or slightly earlier

COST: $7.00 PER WRESTLER (If you bring a check please make it payable to Lexington High School)

MATCH LENGTH: 3 90 second periods (DOUBLE ELIMINATION)

THIS WILL BE A QUALIFIER FOR THE CAROLINA OPEN. TOP 2 ADVANCE TO THE CAROLINA OPEN

Coaches,

  1. We will run 5 mats in hopes of finishing at a decent time.

  2. All coaches are to fax or e-mail their lineup by Wednesday Dec.16th by 6:30pm. TEAMS IN THE COLUMBIA AREA (Lexington, Richland, Kershaw, Sumter, etc.) will get priority. Any team out of this area must have special permission to attend by the SCWCA, no exceptions.

  3. Your lineup should include wrestlers name and weight class they will be competing at. This will not be an official weigh in. Whatever weight class you put down for that individual they will have to make that weight Saturday morning at weigh ins. If they do not make weight then they don’t wrestle. If you leave someone off the list or didn’t fax or e-mail your lineup they won’t be in the tournament, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOU TURN IN. We are doing this to start the tournament on time.

  5. CUSTOM T-SHIRTS WILL BE SOLD - DESIGN YOUR OWN ONE !!!!

  6. A FULL CONCESSION STAND WILL BE OPENING AT 6:30 AM, SERVING A HOT BREAKFAST FOR JUST $1.00.  OTHER "HOT" AND "COLD" ITEMS WILL BE SOLD FOR JUST $1.00 THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

Middle School Division (7th and 8th graders)

80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 132, 140, 150, 160, 170, 185, 275

JV Division (9th and 10th graders)

103, 112, 119, 125, 130, 135, 140, 145, 152, 160, 171, 189, 215, 285.
