Carolina Duals JV Division @ Rock Hill High- Jan 7
Teams: Bearcat – 25-32 Varsity Teams on 7 mats (1st day) and 4 mats (2nd day)
Carolina Duals JV Division – 8-10 teams on 3 mats
Entry Fee: Bearcat - $150.00 made payable to Rock Hill High
Carolina Duals JV - $125.00 made payable to Rock Hill High
If you sign up for both- $240.00
Please send your entry fee on or before December 31, 2011.
Awards: Bearcat - Team trophies will be given for the top three teams. We will give two
most outstanding wrester trophies (Lightweight, 103-140 and
Upperweight, 145-285). We will give plaques to the top 3 placers and
medals to place winners 4-6. We will wrestle for 7th and 8th place.
Carolina Duals JV - Team trophies will be given for the top two teams and we will
give a most outstanding wrestler plaque.
Admission: Admission to the tournament will be $5.00 for all day.

Coaches Meeting will follow weigh-ins.
Wrestling Begins @ 6:00 PM- 1st Round Championship, 1st Round Consolations, 2nd Round Championship, and 2nd Round Consolations

Weigh-ins will begin at 8:00 AM (Scratch + 2 pounds)
Coaches Meeting will follow weigh-ins.
Wrestling Begins @ 9:00 AM- Championship Quarterfinals, 3rd Round Consolations, 4th Round Consolations, Semi-finals, Consolations until finals. Finals, Consolation Finals, and 5th-6th Place Finals matches will be on three mats.

Weigh-in Procedure:
(Bearcat) All wrestlers are to be seated in the old gym. We will have scales in the mini gym and will call each weight class one at a time. After weighing in,each wrestler should be checked for hair, nails, skin, etc. and have their hand marked, with their weight, by an official. There is a 10 match minimum for seeding purposes (any record below the minimum would have losses added during the seeding process).
In the event of a tie in winning percentage, the higher seed would go to the wrestler with the most matches wrestled.
