Dear Coaches,

I am the wrestling coach at West-Oak high school. I am hosting the Warrior’s Dual tournament. I have decided to use a format that I feel is fair so that every team receives the most number of matches allowed in two days. I am looking for this event to be very competitive, and hopefully allow teams to wrestler other teams they are not familiar with. This tournament will be run as fast and as smooth as possible. I will do everything in my power to make sure this tournament is top notch. I have included all the information you will need to know.

Information:

• This will be a 12 Team Tournament.

• You will get 5 matches

• This will be a round robin Duals Tournament.

• I am looking for 12 teams.

• There will be a weigh in at 7:00 am on Monday with wrestling beginning at 9:00 am.

• The entry fee will be $100 per team. This is for officials.

• We will run four mats.

• Admission will be $5 per adult, children under 8 free.

• Concession stands will be available. No outside food/drinks allowed in Gym. We will have an area where your team can keep there food and drinks (Cafeteria).

• Best Hospitality room around!

• Team awards will be

• First, Second, and Third place will receive a trophy.
